ArchCenter is practice management software for Indian architecture, engineering and construction firms — drawings, RFIs, BOQ, site diary, GST invoicing, Tally export. It is also new: built, live at archcenter.in, and with no paying customers yet.
This page is here so you can decide whether we are real — and if someone in your office forwarded you the link, the same answer applies to you.
Why you are on getarchcenter.in and not archcenter.in
This domain. Outreach email only — the note that brought you here, and this page. Nothing to sign in to and no account. What this side holds is a list of practices to write to; yours comes off it the moment you ask.
The product. Sign-in, invoices, receipts, password resets, support. Everything a paying customer ever touches.
They are kept apart deliberately. Cold outreach can damage a domain's sending reputation, and if ours ever does, it damages this one — not the domain our customers' invoices and password resets go out from. This is ordinary practice and almost nobody explains it, which is precisely why we are explaining it.
If you want the mail to stop

That is the whole process. No form, no account, no are you sure. Your address comes off the list of practices to write to, and we keep it on record for one reason only — so that we do not write to you again.
Where we got your address. From your practice's own website, or from a public listing your firm appears in. We have not bought a list and we do not use paid contact databases. We keep a note of the page each address came from — reply and ask, and you will be sent the link for yours.
Who is writing to you
Builds ArchCenter and answers most of the mail. If you reply, you are most likely replying to him.
Marketing. If the note came from him he can answer it; anything about the product itself goes to Prafful.
That is the complete list of people named on this page. There are no stock photographs, no borrowed client logos and no testimonials here, because we do not have any paying customers yet and we are not going to invent any.
What the software actually does
If your drawings live in a WhatsApp group, your BOQ in an Excel sheet and your books in your CA's Tally file, this is the register underneath all three. Your CA's side does not change — ArchCenter exports Tally XML.
On site and in the studio
- Projects, phases, tasks, milestones, Gantt
- Drawing register with a revision archive — draft through issued for construction, superseded revisions kept

- RFI register with answer and close states
- Snag lists with photographs
- Site diary and DPR, labour and material register

Money, the Indian way
- GST invoicing with CGST / SGST / IGST decided server-side from place of supply
- GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on screen and as exports
- Tally XML export for your CA
- Quotations your client e-signs, convertible into a live project
- Bill of Services for stage-wise professional fees
- Recurring invoices and Razorpay payment links
- Expenses, budgets, purchase orders with goods receipts, vendor payments
- Time tracking and unbilled hours
People outside the practice
- A client portal with its own dashboard and file approvals
- A separate subcontractor portal with its own login, so a contractor sees their scope and no seat inside your practice
Some of what it does not do. No BIM, IFC or CAD viewing. No native mobile app. No public API. No single sign-on. No vendor or supplier marketplace. No sales pipeline or CRM. No backups as a product feature — we do not schedule, retain or restore anything for you. Better you know that now than halfway through a demo — ask us for the rest of the list and you will get it.
You can leave whenever you like. A firm administrator can download every row and every file the firm owns, as one archive, at any time, on any plan. The exit door is not a paid feature. It is a copy to take with you, not a backup service.
